Types of jobs in MPBS

Consider the various types of jobs in MPBS and the variety of talent or job qualifications that are needed throughout the MPBS organization.

Consider the differences between job-based, skill-based and competency-based approaches to creating business-related and work-related internal structure as explained in the text. Decide which approach you recommend that MPBS use to create their structure.

Write your initial response in 3-4 paragraphs in which you identify that approach and explain why that is the one you recommend
